Return Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our journals, Illustrare does not accept returns and therefore cannot process a refund.
We will offer to replace or refund journals if they are damaged in transit, however photographs of the damaged packaging and the item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Bookmarks and prints may be returned within 14 days, but the customer is responsible for the cost of the postage. Refunds will be issued within 7 days, once we have confirmed receipt of the returned item. Items must be unused and in a resellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We want to focus on our UK customers first, but hope to expand beyond this in the future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver all in stock products within 5 business days of an order being placed. We will notify you on the website of expected delivery dates for any pre-order items.
Can I track my order?
Yes of course! We provide tracking for every order once it has been dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay! Our payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption.
I have an Illustrare discount code, where do I use it?

How are you trying to protect the planet? Is your packaging recycled?
Our journals use recycled paper, and we ship all products in eco-friendly recycled and recyclable packaging to ensure we’re doing our best to contribute to green initiatives. We also offset our carbon footprint (and some extra!) via our partnership with Make it Wild. Did we also mention that we don’t use any animal products? We’re cruelty-free!
Can you prove that you donate to charity?
Of course! We’ll be posting regular updates of our charity donations in the form of screenshots and photos of any certificates we receive.
What size are your journals?
At the moment, we are focusing on A5 size journals, but there may be some plans for different sizes in the future. Each journal has 120 pages for you to have fun with.
What weight paper do you use?
We use 200gsm premium white paper to ensure high quality in all of our journals.
You say your journals are limited edition, are they really?
Yes, once we’ve sold out of a journal design, we will never print it again. Don’t miss out!
